Cancellation Policy

At MISH, each pair is lovingly handcrafted with utmost care and attention to detail. As most of our products are made-to-order or prepared specifically upon receiving your request, we kindly ask our customers to consider their purchases thoughtfully before placing an order.

Order Cancellations

Prepaid Orders:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not already been processed or moved into production. To request a cancellation, please email us at thehouseofmishofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Beyond 12 Hours:
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations once the order has entered the processing or production phase, as materials are allocated and crafting begins promptly.

Customized or Limited Edition Styles:
Orders for customized footwear or limited-edition pieces cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, as they are made exclusively for you. Any item purchased during sale also cannot be cancelled.

Refunds on Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is accepted within the 12-hour window, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
