1) Order Processing Time:

-Made-to-order styles: All MISH footwear is handmade, often made-to-order to ensure individuality and the highest craftsmanship. Please allow atleast 5-7 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

-Ready-to-ship styles: Select designs in stock are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

-Total shipping time: The order ideally takes around 12-15 business days to reach you.

-Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

2) Shipping within India:

-Shipping Charges: We offer FREE standard shipping on all prepaid orders within India.

-Important note: We DO NOT currently offer Cash On Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid through our secure payment gateway at checkout.

-Courier partners: We work with India's leading logistics providers to ensure prompt and safe delivery.

-Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier delays.

 

3) International Shipping:

We're proud to offer international shipping for our global clientele.

-Shipping charges: Flat rate of Rs. 2500 / USD $30 (standard) or Rs. 4000 / USD $50 (express), depending on the country and selected shipping option.

-Customs and Duties: Any applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are to be borne by the customer and may be collected at the time of delivery by your local customs authority.

 

4) Tracking your Order:

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp enabling you to monitor your package in real-time. Please contact us on thehouseofmishofficial@gmail.com for any queries.

 

5) Delays and Exceptions:

While we strive to meet promised timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

-Festive seasons or national holidays.

-Severe weather conditions.

-Pandemics or public emergencies.

-Unforseen logistical challenges.

-Operational or customs clearance delays (especially for international orders).

6) Incorrect or Incomplete Address:

Please ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. In such cases:

-Redelivery may incur additional shipping charges.
