Returns & Exchanges Policy
1) Refunds:
At MISH each pair is specially handcrafted with care, often made-to-order and created exclusively for you, with attention to intricate detailing. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We encourage you to reach out to us with any sizing or styling queries before placing your order. Our team will be more than happy to assist you in making an informed and confident decision.
2) Returns and Exchanges:
We understand that despite our best efforts, sometimes things may not work out as planned. While we do not accept returns, we do offer options to help you with size issues or if you wish to select a different design.
a) Size Exchange:
If the size you selected does not fit comfortably, we offer a one-time size exchange, subject to the following conditions:
-The exchange request must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.
-The product must be unused, unworn and returned in its original condition and packaging.
-Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size.
-The cost of return shipping and re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
To initiate a size exchange, kindly contact our support team with your order number and preferred new size.
b) Exchange for a Different Style (Credit Note Option):
If you'd like to exchange your purchase for a different product, we will issue you a store credit for the amount paid (excluding shipping, if applicable). This credit not can be used toward any other product on our website.
-The credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
-The full value of the credit note must be used in a single transaction.
-The product being returned must be in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
3) Exchanges Not Accepted In the Following Cases:
We kindly ask for your understanding that exchanges will not be accepted if:
-The product has been used, damaged, or is returned without its original box and protective packaging.
-The order was customized or made-to-measure.
-The order was placed internationally, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
Important Note- No exchanges can take place for any products purchased during sale.
