1. Are all MISH products handmade?

Yes, every pair of MISH footwear is handcrafted by skilled Indian artisans using traditional techniques and meticulous detailing. 

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Currently, we do not accept Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid using our secure online payment gateways for a seamless and safe transaction.

3. What if I ordered the wrong size?

If you face a size issue, we’re happy to help! We offer one-time size exchanges (subject to availability) or a credit note valid from the date of purchase in case you'd like to choose a different style.

4. Do you offer refunds?

We do not provide refunds as our footwear is handmade to order. However, we offer exchanges or credit notes for eligible items as per our Returns & Exchange Policy.

5. How long will my order take to arrive?

Once your order is placed, your footwear will be shipped within the timeline mentioned on each product page. Delivery times may vary based on location. Kindly allow extra time during peak seasons or unforeseen delays like weather or festival traffic.

6. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship only within India. Stay tuned—international shipping will be available soon!

7. Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes! Our packaging is entirely plastic-free and eco-conscious. Each pair comes with a reusable cotton dust bag and is packed in a recyclable, reusable box made from locally sourced materials.

Absolutely. We prioritize comfort as much as style. Our footwear features soft cushioning, thoughtful design, and supportive soles—ideal for long wear without compromising elegance.

9. How should I care for my MISH footwear?

To maintain the beauty of your handcrafted pair:

Store them in the provided dust bag.

Avoid contact with water or harsh surfaces.

Clean gently using a dry, soft cloth.

10. How do I choose the right size in MISH footwear?

We recommend referring to our detailed Size Guide, available on each product page. Our sizing follows standard Indian/EU size charts. 11. What if I'm between sizes?

If you're in between two sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for closed styles and down for open mules or flats, depending on your foot width. Please refer to the product-specific size tips or get in touch for a personalized recommendation.

12. Do MISH shoes fit true to size?

Most of our styles fit true to size. However, because each pair is handmade, there may be slight differences in fit across styles. 

13. Can I exchange my pair if the size doesn’t fit?

Yes! We offer a one-time size exchange (subject to availability) or a credit note valid from the date of purchase. Kindly ensure that the footwear is returned unused and in its original packaging. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy for complete details.

14. How can I measure my Foot?

  1. Place a sheet of paper on a flat surface and stand on it barefoot.

  2. Mark the tip of your longest toe and the back of your heel.

  3. Measure the length between the two points in centimetres or inches.

  4. Use the chart in the size guide to find your ideal MISH size.

15. What is your Cancellation Policy? 

The order placed can be cancelled up to 12 hours after placing it provided the production hasn't begun (not applicable to customized orders, limited-edition items and sale items). If the materials have already been sourced, the order cannot be cancelled. If the order is eligible for cancellation the full amount will be refunded.
